This flag is in great shape there is no damage or any moth holes on the flag. The flag also has a Weimar-era eagle stamp on it with an M underneath it it's most likely this flag was used in the 30s and 40s for the KM Commander-In-Chief Erich Raeder.
These flags and pennants were only permitted for use by high-ranking Kriegsmarine personnel, such as Admirals and Officers, or Officials holding an equivalent rank.
